Guilt Free Chocolate Cookies

I love this recipe, it's perfect for a snack on the go, with a cup of tea at the end of the day or crumbled up in your morning yoghurt. How ever you enjoy your cookies this is a simple but effective recipe for you!

Guilt Free, Vegan & Gluten Free You Can't Go Wrong.

What You'll Need

  • 1 Cup of GF Oats

  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

  • 1/2 Cup Algave Syrup

  • 3 Tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter

  • 3 Tbsp Shredded Coconut

  • 1/2 Cup Raspberries

  • 1 Small Banana

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Combine All Of The Ingredients In a Mixing Bowl.

  2. Spoon The Mixture & Flatten In To Cookie Shapes. Make sure you leave a space between each cookie.

  3. Place on a Lined Baking Tin

  4. Bake For 20minutes at 180 degrees.

  5. Leave to cool on the tray until hard

  6. Make a cup of tea and enjoy!
