Filled with the flavour of christmas, this gingerbread cheesecake is made with a ginger base, a filling of ginger spiced cream and toped with caramel crunch. 


  • Your cheesecake should be stored below 8 degrees. Each slice will last for up to 7 days refrigerated and can be frozen for up to 6 weeks.

    To defrost, simply leave the cheesecake out at room temperature for up to 45 minutes before serving, alternatively this can be sped up by placing the frozen cheesecake in the fridge for 1 hour.
